격하다면 격한 운동일 수도 있는데 저한테는 너무나도 잘 맞는 운동같아요 ㅎㅎ 요가를 했었어서 그런지는 몰라도 너무 좋더라구요 몸도 건강해지는 것 같구 라인도 살아나는 것 같구 정말 좋았어요
