    송구스럽게도 ㅎㅎ 살은 잘찌지 않는데.... 이상하게 군살이나 라인이 안살아서 필라테스를 시작했습니다!! 확실히!! 효과가 잇어요!! 유지관리를 원하시는 분들이라면 추천드리고 싶네요!!
