    이른 아침마다 가는데 정말 좋습니다. 강사님이 열정이 있으셔서 정말 지도 너무 잘 해주시구요 여러모로 요가 외에 정신적으로도 배우는 점이 많아서 직장에서의 화나 스트레스가 좀 더 줄어들고 다스려지는 것 같네요 ㅎㅎ!! 추천드립니다!!
